Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not host on the statichost.uk platform.

Static Host UK and Static Site Hosting UK are trading styles of be braver Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06612298), with registered office at Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our Terms of Service. It sets out what you may and may not host on the statichost.uk platform.
Permitted Use
The Service is designed for hosting static websites, documentation, blogs, portfolios, landing pages, and similar content. You may use any static site generator or deploy pre-built HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to host, distribute, or link to:
- Malware and malicious code — viruses, trojans, ransomware, cryptominers, exploit kits, or any code designed to harm users or systems
- Phishing and fraud — pages designed to impersonate other websites or services, or to deceive users into providing personal information
- Spam and SEO manipulation — doorway pages, link farms, cloaked content, or content created primarily to manipulate search engine rankings
- Illegal content — any material that violates applicable UK or EU law, including but not limited to content that infringes copyright, promotes terrorism, or constitutes hate speech
- Child sexual abuse material — any such content will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement
- Harassment and doxxing — content that targets individuals with threats, harassment, or non-consensual disclosure of personal information
- Trademark infringement — content that uses trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that causes confusion about the origin or endorsement of a product or service
Resource Limits
- Build containers have CPU, memory, and time limits. Builds that consistently exceed these limits may be throttled or restricted.
- Sites that generate excessive traffic or storage usage may be asked to reduce usage or to discuss a paid arrangement with us.
- Automated or programmatic abuse of the build system is prohibited.
Enforcement
We review reports of AUP violations and may take action including:
- Issuing a warning and requesting remediation
- Temporarily disabling the site
- Permanently removing the site and suspending the account
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking action, except in cases involving illegal content, malware, or imminent harm.
