Is it really free?
Yes. We're currently in beta and all features are completely free — no credit card required, no time limits, no hidden fees. When we leave beta, we'll introduce a generous free tier so you can always host your sites at no cost.
What happens when the beta ends?
We'll introduce a free tier and affordable premium plans. Early beta users will be looked after — we'll give plenty of notice before any changes, and your sites will keep working. We'll never delete your content without notice.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted on Hetzner Cloud and UK infrastructure. We do not use any US-based cloud providers. Your site files, analytics data, and account information are never transferred to the US.
What does 'privacy-first analytics' mean?
Our analytics use no cookies, collect no personal data, and never track individual users across sites. We use privacy-preserving techniques like HyperLogLog for unique visitor counting and daily-rotating salted hashes instead of persistent identifiers. Your visitors are never fingerprinted or profiled.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. Add any custom domain to your site and we'll automatically verify DNS and provision a free TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt. Your site is served over HTTPS with no configuration needed.
Do you support private repositories?
Yes. We generate a unique Ed25519 deploy key for each site. Add this key to your GitHub or GitLab repository (including self-hosted GitLab instances) and we can securely clone and build your private repos.
What static site generators do you support?
We have first-class support for Hugo and Jekyll with optimised build environments. You can also deploy any pre-built static site — just point us to the directory containing your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files.
How does form processing work?
Add a standard HTML form to your static site pointing to your unique form endpoint. When visitors submit the form, we relay the data to your email address or webhook URL. Form data is never stored on our servers — it's forwarded immediately and then discarded.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can sign up with just your email address (we use magic links — no password needed) or with your GitHub or GitLab account. No credit card or payment information is required.
